I forgot how to modify my previous post. You will need to cut/paste the URL to a web browser to get to GoogleDocs to get to the source needed. I have done hyperlinks in the past, but I forgot how those were done as well. hmmm, tis 10:45p and I thought that I would have been out of here by now :-)
Attached is a file with all the create table for both Patient and Visit. There is also a Alter table to add the Foreign Key to Visit.
ReplyDeleteAll the insert statements to Patient and Visit are in this file as well. This is for MySQL DB.
If you have any problems getting to the file, please post and I will resolve.
